I haven’t brewed an IPA in a while, and there’s not much of a selection of IPAs here in Iceland. This should satisfy my craving smoewhat, at least until the 2012 hop crop arrives in 1-2 months and I can brew smoething special with Citra and Simcoe (aww I miss simcoe).

I was aiming for a 1.060 gravity but ended up at 1.065 with 21 liters in my fermenter. I diluted with a bit of water and ended up at 1.062. Should make for a pleasing beer.

I’ll post a tasting report soon – I intend to dryhop the beer after 7-10 days in the fermenter and keg it soon after and try it out.
