Tested and designed to smoke up to 12 hours with Lumber Jack Competition Grade Pellets*.
* Smoking time is also dependent on the wood fuel type (chip, pellets), variety (hickory, maple, etc) and the ambient atmosphere. We recommend using pellets for consistent repeatability and weighing them out before hand.

Our pump is suited to run low and slow much like your favourite bbq meats
Mount the smoker to your chamber then simply follow the steps below.

STEP 1: Remove the stainless steel cap and fill the smoke generator with smoking pellets.
STEP 2: Plug the pump into mains power and use a jet lighter to ignite the pellets through the hole in both sides of the smoker.
STEP 3: Sit back and watch the smoking process.
